Good Communication makes more successful productions.

To rent a studio you need to:

 

​1.  Request an estimate: Give us details of your production so we can help you with the best price and most successful production.  Package prices are available and may provide considerable savings.

2.  Make a reservation, and pay the 30% to 50% reservation fee.  (All credit cards are accepted with a 3% fee)

 

3.  Supply Proof of Liability Insurance.      (Large Events serving alcohol require a licensed bar company and  alcohol liability insurance.)

 

4.  Sign the Rental Agreement which spells out your responsibilities, and limits Red Gum Creative Campus' liability.

 

 

ADVANCE TIME:

 

Short notice or next day reservations are always welcome if studio space is available.

​

One day or one studio rental may be accepted and confirmed two weeks or less from the scheduled date.

Multiple studio or multiple day rentals may be accepted and confirmed three weeks or less before the scheduled date.  

Whole campus rentals for multiple days may be accepted and confirmed 5 weeks before the scheduled date.

 

Exceptions may be made to these advance times when logical or prudent. 

(Such as large recurring productions or New Year's Eve parties.)

 

RESERVATION OF DATES:

 

For a confirmed reservation you must pay a non-refundable reservation fee of 30%  (Productions) to 50% (Events) of the expected rental. This is due in advance to reserve the studio/s. Once your reservation fee has been received you will be given a confirmation number on your reciept. No reservations are confirmed without the confirmation number.

LIABILITY INSURANCE :

 

You must provide a "Certificate of Insurance" as proof of liability insurance naming Red Gum Creative Campus and Don and Mary Dormeyer as Co-insured. 

 

Insurance certificate must be in the studio's hands before the rental can start. 

 

(Certificates are kept on-file for regular client's and only need to be updated yearly)

  PLEASE NOTE: You must have the correct insurance for your production. PHOTO SHOOT (Still only) or FILM SHOOT (any video or motion or stills). If you supply a "photo shoot"  policy, no video will be allowed as it violates the terms of your insurance. Obtaining the correct insurance is your responsibility.  If in doubt, get "Film Shoot".

 

Events - Large Events serving alcohol require a licensed bar company and specific alcohol liability insurance.)

 

PAYMENT: 

 

Before the rental begins the payment for the balance is due in full.

A credit card authorization is required for any incidentals, expendables, additional equipment or services requested during the rental and may be paid, or charged to the credit card at the end of each rental day.

CREDIT CARD payments are accepted with a 3% surcharge.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS:

 

When we confirm your reservation, we turn down any other rental for that studio or equipment. Cancellations are costly for everyone. Therefore reservation fees are non-refundable.

24 hours or less notice may require full payment.

 

SECURITY / VIDEO

 

Security of vehicles, products, and equipment brought to the facility  is the responsibility of the renter.

Video security of public areas of the facility is on 24/7 for everyone's benefit , unless requested to be turned off in specific areas. For "CODE RED", concept vehicles, or unannounced products the security cameras may be "Bagged" in specific areas upon request.However, having a secure video of the production may be a huge benefit if it is needed for any reason.
